Chiara Mosca
Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is currently reviewing G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance that have set a global standard for good governance since 2015. Chiara Mosca is Vice-Chair of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee. She is also Commissioner of the Italian Securities and Financial Markets Authority (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa, CONSOB) and associate professor of corporate law at Bocconi University, Milan (currently on leave).
Baiba Apine
Baiba Apine is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of at Oschadbank, the second largest bank in Ukraine. Before joining Oschadbank, she managed the advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Latvia and was also a member of the Board at PricewaterhouseCoopers Information Technology Services. Baiba's main competence is the efficiency of organization, change management, efficient use of information technology and corporate governance. She has developed information technology and digitization strategies for major public companies in Latvia as well as commercial banks across Europe.
Frithjof Lund
Frithjof Lund is the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company in Norway, serving clients across Energy & Basic Materials, Telecom, Public Sector and Private Equity on strategy and M&A, organization and governance-related topics. He leads McKinsey’s Global Board Excellence service line, and is part of McKinsey’s Global Strategy & Corporate Finance leadership team.
Edvinas Kerza
Edvinas Kerza is Business Resilience Director at Lithuanian Railways. He is a business resilience expert specializing in digital, corporate security and also in compliance, risk management as well as business continuity issues. Previously, Edvinas has been Head of Business Resilience at Ignitis Group, one of the largest energy groups in the Baltic region. And prior to that, he held the position of Vice Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania, where the scope of his activities included national cybersecurity policy as well as other areas. Edvinas was also in charge of managing key information systems and projects at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania.
